Makes approximately 6 dozen 2” cookies.
Ingredients
½ Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Cup Butter, Softened
2 Eggs
3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1-1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar (for rolling)
About 7 dozen Hershey’s Kisses Milk Chocolates
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
In large bowl, beat ½ cup granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, butter and eggs on medium speed.
Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder in a medium bowl. Then stir into butter mixture.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls, then roll each into the additional granulated sugar. Place about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light brown. Remove from oven and immediately press 1 chocolate candy in the center of each cookie. Remove cookies from cookie sheet to cool and set.
